Description
Light, crisp and refreshing. This is a medium-dry, fruity mead that presents like a rosé wine. Tart and full-flavoured, the raspberry grows on the palate.
Made with a combination of hand-picked wild raspberries and locally cultivated raspberries.
Serve chilled. Use this mead as if it were a wine – great with seafood, chicken and dishes with cream. Also, try it with a gin or vodka and a mixer and garnish for a long drink.
No sulphites, sugars or syrups are used…ever!
Store in a cool, dark place. Shelf-life is in excess of 1 year.
