Description
Complex and rich, this mead takes a couple of tastes to settle on the palate. This first taste will give a strong lavender hit but this mellows very quickly, giving over to gingerbread, caramels and burnt sugars.
Made with only three ingredients: honey, water and dried lavender flowers from Provence.
No sulphites, sugars or syrups are used…ever!
Store in a cool dark place. Shelf-life is in excess of 1 year.
