Description
Plums are one of the earliest fruits to be domesticated by humans, with prunus domesetica being traced to the Caucasian mountains and appearing in the archæological record in the Neolithic period.
Victoria plums are gathered locally, from a neighbour’s garden to make this aromatic and medium dry mead. There are spiced notes, with hint of cherry and a light floral overtone.
