Description
Made with foraged brambles from Blairgowrie, the soft-fruit centre of Scotland. This is a dry mead with a nice alcoholic bite, and a refreshing and crisp flavour. Serve chilled as an accompaniment to a main course, or start the meal with this as your appertif.
